Our original site is situated in Dungannon, Co Tyrone and currently supplies 230 tonnes of mushrooms per week to the majority of the main UK retailers as well as producing prepared mushroom solutions. Working with a network of 20 independent growers, we also supply a range of fresh, processed and added value products to the UK food service market.
Our new state-of-the-art growing and packing facility is nestled in the rural outskirts of Holme-on–Spalding Moor, and is just a short journey away from the neighbouring market towns of Market Weighton, Goole and Howden. The 11-acre site was selected due to its close proximity to the major motorway networks and is designed to be among the most energy-efficient mushroom production facilities in the UK. Chemical-free and equipped with industry-leading technology, it reduces road-miles and emissions by being geographically close to customers.
